A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING COMPARED WITH AN ENTRANT WHO OBTAINS THE SAME NUMBER OF ENTRIES THROUGH THE FREE METHOD OF ENTRY DESCRIBED IN SECTION 4. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, EXCLUDING RHODE ISLAND, WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

This promotion is a sweepstakes. It is not a contest of skill, a wager, or a game of gambling of any kind, and it is not connected to any sportsbook or betting operator.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of the HEDGED "No Layups" Driver Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is Hedged LLC, 6916 N Harrison St, Kansas City, MO 64118, United States ("Sponsor"). Sponsor operates the online store at https://www.justhedgeit.com (the "Website") and the Instagram account @just.hedge.it. Questions: customerservice.hedged@gmail.com.

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins when the first official giveaway post is published on Instagram by Sponsor (on @just.hedge.it, including a post made by Sponsor's owner on Sponsor's behalf), on October 16, 2026, at the time the first official giveaway post goes live on @just.hedge.it (Central Time ("CT")), and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on December 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries have a separate receipt deadline (see Section 4.C).

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, owners, and contractors of Sponsor (including Evan Degnan), any person involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and each of their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Residents of Rhode Island are not eligible. Void in Rhode Island, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter: (A) with a qualifying purchase, or (B) for free, online or by mail. All entries, however received, are entered into the same single drawing and have the same chance of being selected, entry for entry.

A. Purchase Entry

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals receive one (1) entry for every five U.S. dollars ($5.00) of Qualifying Spend on a single order placed at justhedgeit.com.

"Qualifying Spend" means the merchandise subtotal of the order, after any discounts or promo codes are applied, and before sales tax and shipping charges. Purchases of gift cards are not Qualifying Spend; merchandise later purchased with a gift card is Qualifying Spend.
Qualifying Spend is calculated per order and rounded down to the nearest whole $5.00. Example: an order of one $39.99 tee has a Qualifying Spend of $39.99 and earns 7 entries. An order of one $54.99 crewneck earns 10 entries. An order of one tee and one crewneck ($94.98) earns 18 entries. An order under $5.00 earns no purchase entries.
The order must be placed (timestamp of order creation in Sponsor's store system) within the Promotion Period.
Purchase entries are credited to the person whose name and email address appear on the order as the customer. Entries cannot be transferred, combined with another person's entries, or reassigned.
Orders that are canceled, charged back, or fully refunded before the drawing do not earn entries. Partially refunded orders earn entries based on the Qualifying Spend remaining after the refund.
Orders shipping to an address outside the United States, or placed by an ineligible person, do not earn entries.
No separate entry action is required for Purchase Entries. Purchase Entries are credited only to eligible individuals (see Section 3); a purchase by an ineligible person (for example, a person under 21) earns no entries. By placing a qualifying order during the Promotion Period, the customer is entered and agrees to these Official Rules, which are linked from the Website's giveaway banner, product pages, and cart. A customer who does not wish to participate may opt out by emailing customerservice.hedged@gmail.com with the subject line "Opt Out" before the end of the Promotion Period.

B. Free Online Entry

Visit https://www.justhedgeit.com/giveaway during the Promotion Period and complete and submit the free entry form with your full name, email address, phone number, and state of residence, check the box confirming that you are 21 years of age or older, and check the box confirming that you have read and agree to these Official Rules. The form also offers an optional email marketing opt-in. It is not required to enter, and checking or not checking it has no effect on your entry or your chances of winning. The phone number you provide is used only to administer the Sweepstakes (for example, to verify identity and contact a potential winner) and will not be used to send you marketing text messages. Limit one (1) free online entry per person, per email address, and per phone number for the entire Promotion Period. Each valid free online entry receives one (1) entry. Free online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT on December 31, 2026.

C. Free Mail-In Entry

To enter by mail without a purchase, hand print your full name, mailing address (including state of residence), email address, phone number, the statement "I am 21 or older and agree to the Official Rules," and the words "HEDGED Driver Giveaway" on a 3" x 5" card or plain piece of paper, and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Hedged LLC, Attn: HEDGED Driver Giveaway, 6916 N Harrison St, Kansas City, MO 64118. Each valid mail-in request receives ten (10) entries, the same number of entries earned by $50.00 of Qualifying Spend. Limit one (1) request per outer envelope. There is no limit on the number of separately mailed requests per person, subject to the Maximum Entries limit in Section 5. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or bulk-mailed requests (more than one request in a single envelope) are void. Mail-in requests must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by 5:00 PM CT on December 31, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or postage-due mail.

D. Equal Dignity and Equivalence of Entries

Every entry, whether earned by purchase, free online entry, or free mail-in request, is treated identically in the drawing: one entry equals one chance, and each entry has an equal chance of being selected. Free entrants can obtain, without making any purchase, the same number of entries available through purchase, up to the Maximum Entries limit, by using the mail-in method. Free entries are not segregated, discounted, or treated differently in any way, and free entrants are eligible for the same prize under the same conditions. Purchase Entries are a bonus on regular purchases: Sponsor has not raised the price of any merchandise because of the Sweepstakes, no entry or chance is sold separately, and entries cannot be purchased directly.

5. Entry Limits

Maximum Entries: No person may receive more than one hundred (100) total entries in the Sweepstakes, from all entry methods combined. Entries earned in excess of this limit will be disregarded.
One free online entry per person, per email address, and per phone number for the entire Promotion Period.
Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or accounts, or any automated, scripted, or bot-based entry, is prohibited and will void all of that person's entries.
In the event of a dispute about who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with it.

6. Drawing

On or about 12:00 AM CT on January 1, 2027, Sponsor will conduct one random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor using a documented, verifiable random selection method (a computer-based random draw from a list of all eligible entries, weighted by the number of entries each eligible entrant holds) and will be recorded. Sponsor will also draw, in order, five (5) alternate potential winners in the same drawing, to be contacted in order only if needed under Section 9. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and the number of entries held by each entrant. An entrant's odds equal the number of eligible entries that entrant holds divided by the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: one (1) pre-owned TaylorMade Qi10 tour-issue driver (head bears the tour-issue "+" stamp on the hosel and a dot after the loft marking), 9 degree loft, right-handed, with an Aretera AO2 Gray 65-5 shaft in X (extra stiff) flex, tipped 0.5 inch, D3 swing weight, 45 inches in length, the adjustable weight kit, and the TaylorMade Qi10 driver headcover, from the personal collection of Sponsor's owner. Condition: used, shows some signs of wear, in great overall condition. Photos of the actual prize are available at https://www.justhedgeit.com/giveaway. TaylorMade and Aretera are trademarks of their respective owners. TaylorMade Golf Company and Aretera are not sponsors of, and are not affiliated with or responsible for, this Sweepstakes; the prize is a used club from a private collection and carries no manufacturer warranty.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $599. ARV reflects Sponsor's good-faith estimate of the current fair market value of the prize in its used condition as of October 16, 2026, based on recent comparable sales of similar used tour-issue drivers. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value at the time of award will not be awarded. Total ARV of all prizes: $599.

The prize is awarded "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." It is a used item and is not covered by any manufacturer's warranty or any warranty from Sponsor. SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REGARDING THE PRIZE. Sponsor will ship the prize to the winner's verified address in the United States at Sponsor's expense. The prize is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater ARV if the prize becomes unavailable (for example, if it is lost or damaged before shipment). Any expenses not expressly stated as included are the winner's sole responsibility.

9. Winner Notification, Verification, and Response Window

The potential winner will be notified by email on or about January 2, 2027, using the email address on the order or entry. Sponsor may also make a manual (non-automated) phone call or text to the phone number provided, solely to reach the potential winner about the prize. Sponsor may also attempt contact by Instagram direct message from the official @just.hedge.it account only; Sponsor will never ask for payment, passwords, or bank information to claim a prize. Beware of imposter accounts.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt and must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receiving them. Sponsor may require proof of identity and age (government-issued photo ID).

The potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate selected, in the order drawn, if the potential winner: (a) does not respond or return the required documents on time; (b) is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules; (c) declines the prize; or (d) the notification or prize is returned as undeliverable. Sponsor will contact no more than five (5) alternates, after which the prize may go unawarded. A person is not a winner until verification is complete.

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, on the prize and for reporting the value of the prize as required by law. Because the ARV of the prize is $599, Sponsor does not expect to be required to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to request a completed IRS Form W-9 and to issue any tax form that is required by law.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

12. Social Platform Release (Instagram / Meta / YouTube / Google)

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube, or Google LLC. By entering, each entrant fully releases Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube, and Google LLC and their affiliates from any and all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes. Entrants understand they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, Meta, YouTube, or Google. Entry is not available, and no entries are awarded, for liking, commenting, tagging, sharing, or following on any social media platform.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or fraudulent manner (including placing orders solely to obtain entries and then canceling or charging them back). If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud, or any other cause that corrupts the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and, if canceled, award the prize by random drawing from among eligible entries received before the cancellation. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Website or undermine the Sweepstakes may be a violation of law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of that term. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Entries that are late, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or not in compliance with these Official Rules are void.

14. Limitation of Liability and Release

By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, employees, and agents, and Squarespace, Inc., Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube, and Google LLC (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including personal injury, death, or property damage. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (b) technical failures of any kind, including website, payment processor, email, or network malfunctions; (c) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, or postage-due entries, mail, or notifications; (d) printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes materials; or (e) any shipping loss or delay once the prize has been delivered to the carrier. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND ANY LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS (IF ANY) INCURRED TO ENTER, NOT INCLUDING THE COST OF ANY MERCHANDISE PURCHASED. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations or exclusions of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any dispute arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or for Clay County, Missouri; (b) any claims, judgments, and awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter, excluding attorneys' fees; and (c) entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or to have damages multiplied or increased.

16. Privacy

Information collected from entrants (including name, email address, phone number, and state) is collected by Sponsor and will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and award the prize, and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.justhedgeit.com/privacy-policy. Free entrants will not be added to Sponsor's marketing email list unless they check the optional email opt-in box, and anyone who opts in may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. Phone numbers collected for the Sweepstakes will not be used to send marketing text messages and are not shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing. Entry information is not shared with Instagram, Meta, YouTube, or Google. Sponsor will not sell entrant information.

17. Winner's Name / Official Rules Request

To request the name of the winner (available after February 15, 2027) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Hedged LLC, Attn: HEDGED Driver Giveaway Winner/Rules Request, 6916 N Harrison St, Kansas City, MO 64118, to be received by March 31, 2027. The Official Rules are also available at https://www.justhedgeit.com/giveaway-rules during the Promotion Period. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
