This Privacy Policy explains what information Hedged LLC ("HEDGED," "we," "us") collects when you visit https://www.justhedgeit.com (the "Site"), buy from us, enter one of our giveaways, or sign up for our emails, and how we use and share it. 1. Who we are

Hedged LLC, 6916 N Harrison St, Kansas City, MO 64118, United States. We sell golf apparel under the HEDGED / JustHedgeIt brand at justhedgeit.com.

2. Information we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details (what you bought, prices, discounts, and order history). Card and other payment details are entered with and handled by our payment processors. We do not store your full card number.

When you enter a giveaway: your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, your confirmation that you meet the age requirement and agree to the official rules, and whether you chose to receive marketing emails. Mail-in entries also include the mailing address you write on your entry. If you are a potential winner, we may ask for proof of identity and age and a signed affidavit and release.

When you sign up for our emails: your email address.

When you contact us: whatever you include in your message, such as your name, email address, and order number.

Automatically, when you use the Site: information like your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, and general location (city or region). We and our service providers collect this using cookies and similar tools, including Squarespace analytics and the Meta Pixel.

3. How we use your information

  • To fulfill orders and help you: process payments, ship your order, send order and shipping updates, handle returns, and answer questions.
  • To run giveaways: record entries, confirm eligibility (including age and state), prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, run the drawing, contact and verify the winner, and deliver the prize, as described in each giveaway's official rules.
  • For marketing, only with your consent: send HEDGED drops, promos, and deals by email if you opted in. Entering a giveaway or buying from us does not sign you up for marketing unless you separately choose to. We do not currently send marketing text messages. Phone numbers we collect are used for orders, shipping, and giveaway administration (such as contacting a winner).
  • To run and improve the Site: understand how people use the Site, fix problems, and measure how well our ads perform.
  • To keep things safe and legal: prevent fraud, enforce our terms and giveaway rules, and meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

  • Squarespace: hosts the Site and our online store, and processes orders, forms, and email.
  • Printful: prints and ships many of our products, so it receives your name, shipping address, phone number, and order details.
  • Payment processors: Squarespace Payments and Stripe, and Klarna and PayPal if you choose them at checkout, process your payment under their own privacy policies.
  • Shipping carriers: such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, receive the details needed to deliver your package.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): the Meta Pixel on the Site sends Meta information about your visit (such as pages viewed and purchases) so we can measure and improve our ads. Your giveaway entry details are not shared with Instagram or Meta.

We may also share information if required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Mobile phone numbers are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing.

5. Your choices

  • Emails: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. We may still send you order and giveaway messages.
  • Texts: we don't currently send marketing texts. If we ever do, it will be opt-in only, and you can reply STOP to any text to stop them.
  • Cookies and ads: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly without cookies.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: email customerservice.hedged@gmail.com to ask for a copy of the personal information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to confirm your identity, and we may keep some information when we need it for orders, taxes, giveaway records, or other legal reasons.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Order records are kept as long as needed for customer service, accounting, and tax purposes. Giveaway entry and drawing records are kept for up to 3 years after the giveaway ends so we can show how it was run. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Security

We use reasonable steps to protect your information and rely on trusted providers like Squarespace and our payment processors to protect the data they handle. No website or online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it. Our giveaways are open only to people 21 or older.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
